Equipment:

If you don’t have an Air Fryer, you can also use your oven. For the potatoes bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-30 minutes or until fork tender.

For baking the steak bite, bake at 450°F (235°C) for 5-10 minutes or until you reach the desired internal temperature.

Ingredients:

    For the Steak Bites:

    1 Ribeye Steak

    2 tbsp Olive Oil

    2 tbsp Your favorite Steak Seasoning(I use Montreal Steak Seasoning)

    For the Potatoes:

    6 Yellow Potatoes

    2 tbsp Olive Oil

    1 tsp Garlic Powder

    1 tsp Onion Powder

    1 tsp Italian Seasoning

    2 tsp Salt

    For the Garlic Butter:

    3 tbsp Butter

    ½ tbsp Chopped Garlic

    ½ tsp Salt

    1 tsp Steak Seasoning

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Preparing the Steak Bites

    Begin by slicing the Ribeye Steak into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and your favorite Steak Seasoning. Stir well to create a marinade.

    Add the steak bites to the marinade and toss gently to coat them evenly.

    Allow the steak bites to marinate for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 24 hours for enhanced flavor.

    Step 2: Preparing the Potatoes

    Wash the Yellow Potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.

    Cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl with cold water. Let sock for 10-20 minutes to draw out the starch. This will make the potatoes crispier in the air fryer.

    In a separate small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Once potatoes are done socking strain them, add to marinade and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter, chopped garlic, salt, and steak seasoning. Set aside.

    Cook the steak bites in the Air fryer for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remember to shake the basket halfway through the cooking process for even browning.

    While the steak is cooking, place your garlic butter in the microwave till melted.

    Once the steak bites and potatoes are cooked to perfection, transfer them to a serving dish.
