  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1 10.5oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  • Preparing the Pan:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take a 13×5 inch baking pan and pour the melted butter into it, ensuring the entire surface is coated evenly.
  • Layering the Casserole:
  • Spread the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the melted butter in the baking pan.
  • Next, distribute the package of peas and carrots and chopped onions over the chicken.
  • Adding the Liquid Mixtures:
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and cornbread mix until well combined. Drizzle this mixture over the top of the casserole. Do not stir.
  • In another bowl, whisk the chicken stock and cream of chicken soup, poultry seasoning and garlic salt until smooth. Pour this mixture over the casserole, ensuring it covers the entire dish. Again, do not mix.

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and cornbread mix until well combined. Pour over the top of the casserole. DO NOT MIX.
  • In another bowl, whisk the chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, poultry seasoning and garlic salt until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole. Again, DO NOT MIX.
  • Place the uncovered casserole into your preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until hot and bubbling.
